x86: revert extra time added to check for tsc wraps
Reverts extra time duration added to test tsc wraps in "x86: implement tsc=directsync for systems without IA32_TSC_ADJUST". This duration makes the sanity checking longer in case tsc wraps. Revert this to decrease average resume time.
