 - Remove spurious io_uring wakeups on request free (Pavel)

 - Don't use freezable workqueues for backing_dev, also means we can
   revert a previous libata hack (Mika)

 - Fix nbd sysfs mutex dropped too soon at removal time (Xiubo)
