bpf: Remove set but not used variable 'dst_known'
Fixes gcc '-Wunused-but-set-variable' warning:

kernel/bpf/verifier.c:5603:18: warning: variable ‘dst_known’
set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable], delete this
variable.
