Pull fbdev updates from Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz:
 "There is nothing really major here, just a couple of small bugfixes,
  improvements and cleanups:

   - make it possible to load radeonfb driver when offb driver is loaded

     platforms

   - misc cleanups (Corentin Labbe, Ladislav Michl, Ulf Magnusson,
