ecryptfs: clean up (un)lock_parent
dget(dentry->d_parent) --> dget_parent(dentry)

unlock_parent() is racy and unnecessary.  Replace single caller with
unlock_dir().

There are several other suspect uses of ->d_parent in ecryptfs...
