ahci_xgene: Use correct OOB tunning parameters for APM X-Gene SoC AHCI SATA Host controller driver.
APM X-Gene SoC AHCI SATA Host controller driver requires some correction of Phy Control OOB timing for the COMINIT/COMWAKE parameters to correctly interoperate with different kinds of disks.
