     - Fix :ppp support on Sapphire Rapids

     - Other heterogenous-PMU fixes

 - Kprobes:

     - Remove the unused and misguided kprobe::fault_handler callbacks.
     - Warn about kprobes taking a page fault.
     - Fix the 'nmissed' stat counter.
