Pull ARM SoC platform support updates from Kevin Hilman:
 "Our SoC branch usually contains expanded support for new SoCs and
  other core platform code.  Some highlights from this round:

   - pxa: conversion to common clock framework
   - bcm: SMP support for BCM63138
